How does billing work?

We bill monthly based on your API call volume. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

What counts as an API call?

Each request to an AI provider API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) that we track counts as one API call, regardless of the response size or token count.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, you'll receive a credit towards your next bill.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you exceed your monthly API call limit, we'll automatically notify you. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional call volume at $0.0005 per call.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans with a 20% discount. Contact us at sales@ecomind.ai for details.
